YOUR ORDER
How do I place an order on your site?
Pick the price break you require and Add to Cart. Then you go to View Cart (blue) and enter the quantity you wish to buy, once you press return the price on your cart will automatically calculate the amount of your order. You can then go to Checkout or Continue shopping with us.
If I wanted to order different products with the same logo on can I?
Yes, continue with your shopping, as long as you were over the minimum order for each product this would not be a problem. When you send the artwork over to our email address, mark that you wish this on all the products you have ordered.
I want to place an order for some of your products for two different companies, can I do this on one order?
It would be simpler to have one order for each logo. It doesn't matter how many orders you have.
What happens if the item I order is not available or out of date?
Our website is updated on a regular basis, therefore out of date products should not be on it. If something you ordered was out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the expected delivery date. If we can't get what you ordered we will either offer you an alternative or a refund.
What is included in the price? Is origination and carriage extra?
Delivery is to 1 UK mainland business address only. Origination is included as stated on the product you are purchasing. The only extra cost is VAT, this is added at the Cart.
How will I know that you have received my order?
An email will be sent to you as soon as we receive your order.
Will my logo be kept on file, if I want to reorder at a later date?
Print logos are kept for 15 months, If you haven't reordered in that time you will need to submit your order as a new design. If you are re-ordering then let us know the logo name, what the date was and the previous order number.
ARTWORK
What artwork do I need to send?
Please see our artwork page for the specifications.
If my artwork is not right what do I do?
Send it to us and we will have a look at it. We might need to redraw it as outlines, or we will suggest alternatives for the sizes we need to print. Please see our artwork page.
PAYMENT
How do I pay for my order?
We use HSBC for all of our orders, safe and reliable for all involved.
How are my details secure?
Your address and contact details will only be used in reference to your order.
What name will appear on my credit card statement for this transaction?
Crestgolf will appear on your statement.
DELIVERY
How will my goods be sent to me?
Delivery by courier or post.
How are golf balls packed?
Golf balls are packed in their original brand boxes, 12 balls in a box, 4 sleeves of 3 balls within that box. Where it states packs of 15 there will be 5 sleeves per box.
How long does it take for delivery?
Normally 15-20 working days from artwork approval.
